WiZink Center, Be The Flow Events and Fluge Audiovisuales come together to offer 360º services in the organization and development of events in a new space based on cutting-edge technology.
Given the high demand from agencies and event producers for spaces equipped with the latest technology to carry out their projects, Backstage VR is born, a new 340m2 space that combines industrial style with the latest technology, housing a new set for virtual events, as well as hybrid or blended events.
It is located inside the Wizink Center, the first venue in the world in terms of number of events, with two independent entrances with direct access to the room, one located between Goya and Fuente del Berro streets and the other through the venue’s public parking lot. The parties have reached an agreement by which its visitors will be able to enjoy a 50% discount on the same rate. It has toilets and an area in which to create custom dressing rooms.
The room offers a turnkey service, providing security and cleaning in each event, furniture to create different types of assemblies and in-house catering service, thus meeting the needs of each client.
Backstage VR is possible thanks to the union of WiZink Center, Be The Flow Events and Fluge Audiovisuales to offer 360º services for the organization and development of corporate events in the workplace and leisure based on the latest generation of virtual reality (VR) technology, augmented reality (AR) and 3D, applying a business model based on associative cooperation of companies in the sector, which operates and provides services nationwide.
The virtual set housed inside has immersive technology, where Fluge Audiovisuales has installed an extended reality system (XR), which includes the mounting of a rear screen of 5x3m and 2.6mm pitch, a floor screen of 5x3m and 4.8mm pitch and a 2-camera realization system with 4k definition. In addition, Fluge Audiovisuales offers the possibility of creating unique AR content and exclusive virtual environments thanks to the management of Disguise servers and RX servers, with Unreal software programming.
In the same physical space and through the screens, the possibilities of customizing an event are numerous, being able to include presentations, videos or augmented reality objects, such as statistics, products, logos in movement that are mixed with physical objects or the implementation of people who are not physically on set. On the other hand, Fluge has its own and dedicated AWS servers, 100% configurable, opening the possibility of working with streaming platforms with standard configuration and offering personalized microsites for each event so that each project is unique.
