Organized by the Fira de Barcelona and the Federation of Publisher’s Guilds of Spain, Liber International Book Fair 2020 edition was held for three consecutive days, from October 27th to 29th, in a multi-site format and virtually. Thus, the editorial news was diffused through scheduled activities that could be followed via streaming.
To inaugurate the event chaired by the Minister of Culture and Sports, José Manuel Rodríguez, politics and culture personalities such as Ada Colau, Mayor of Barcelona, Àngels Ponsa, Minister of Culture, Miguel Barrero, President of the Federation of Guilds of Editores de España (FGEE) and Liber y Pau Relat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fira Barcelona participated.
The event had three spaces where the multiple activities were carried out simultaneously, such as the 2020 Liber Awards at the Center d’Art Santa Mònica. Fluge Audiovisuales was in charge of supplying the audiovisual material installed on the set of online events at its Plató Louladi de Arganda del Rey (Madrid) and did the same with the set installed in the Filmax Gran Vía cinemas in Barcelona.
