MÁLAGA HOSTED THE LATIN GRAMMY PREVIEW TO AN URBAN MUSIC RHYTM

In the context of the Latin Grammys new edition celebration that will take place on November 16 in Seville, the Latin Recording Academy has decided to offer a program of activities prior to the historic event. Thus, on October 13, the iconic La Malagueta bullring became a great festival of contemporary rhythms with the stellar performances of Beret, Mala Rodríguez and Feid, who offered a sample of the talent that resonates the Latin scene.

The event, part of the ‘Latin Grammy Sessions’, served as a preamble to the grand awards gala that will be held outside the United States for the first time. The night at La Malagueta celebrated the power and evolution of urban music, a genre that has found global resonance and will be widely represented at the awards ceremony.

The Spanish singer-songwriter Beret, who has managed to conquer Malaga’s public with his unique style and lyrics that touch the soul, shared the stage with the renowned Mala Rodríguez, pioneer of rap in Spanish and the first woman to win a Latin Grammy in the Best Urban Album category . For his part, Feid, the sensation of the Latin urban genre and known as El Ferxxo, filled the stage with energy with his repertoire, demonstrating why he is one of the most prominent and listened to artists in current Latin music.

As Seville prepares to host the main gala, it is not ruled out that Malaga could be considered for future editions, underlining the importance of Andalusia as a vital stage for Latin music and culture. The Latin Grammys not only celebrate the talent and creativity of Latin artists but also promise a significant impact on the region’s music and tourism industry, anticipating the arrival of some 12,000 visitors and music professionals to the Andalusian capital in November. .
