On March 5 and 6, the ILUNION group, a benchmark company in transformation and diversity present in various sectors, held its Management Conference at the Hotel Pío XII in Madrid under the slogan “Destination 26, we are reinventing ourselves again”. Around 150 people gathered in the main hall, which for 48 hours was changing its appearance to adapt to the needs of the programmed activities.

The agenda of both days was marked by presentations from different department heads, who presented the new strategies implemented in the company and reviewed the latest actions carried out in recent times up to the present. Among the participants were Francisco Román, professor at IESE Business School and president of Lyntia, who spoke about the success story of ILUNION, and the CEO, Alejandro Oñoro, who gave a talk entitled “Present and future of ILUNION”. After the talks, there was also time for a gala dinner on the first day and a cocktail party on the second, converting the space into distinct environments in record time.

Thanks to the confidence of Genco Pura Studio, producer of the event, Fluge Audiovisuales was in charge of supplying the audiovisual material. The sound equipment consisted of a P.A. d & b system, controlled by an Allen & Heath SQ-5 table, the lighting had about 40 robotic and conventional equipment, controlled by a Grand MA2 Light table, and among the video material stood out a curved LED screen of 10×3.5 meters and 2.97 mm pitch and a corridor composed of 2 LED screens of 6×3 meters and 2.97mm pitch and a Panasonic laser projector of 6,200 lumens.
