Project Description


At the end of February a new edition of the MWC reached its end, where more than 108.000 professionals of the technological sector visited the “Fira de Barcelona” (7% more than the last edition), displaying all cutting edge  telecommunications equipment, mobility, technological-innovation and digital transformation.

Once again FYR Screen and Fluge Audiovisuales contributed to the success of this 2017 edition being the companies in charge of the equipment of both, staging and audiovisual level, of the Theater District with a total of six auditoriums located in Hall 8. The main plenary space, with a capacity of 500 attendees, was dressed with one 20K projector and three 13K projectors and in turn there was another three additional auditoriums with two 20K projectors in each one, making a bleading for a 8 meters screen. The rest of the enclousures had 14K projectors completely controlled by a Anoloway System ASCENDER 32. All that voiced with D&B equipments and the lighting was adapted to the environment.

The access facades were decorated with LED screens of 3.9mm, where the speakers could broadcast their customized branding in their sessions. Moreover, screens of 3×3 meters were installed creating a videowall of 46” so that the attendees could view the MWLTV.

This year some recognized brands like Viettel, SAP, Checkpoint and Starttup and others, were present. They were provided videowall monitors of 3×3, led screens, computers, touchscreens of 60” etc. Apart from this, more than 250 top category stands were processed covering the audiovisual needs required by our customers.

We highlight the Capital Mobile zone that was setup with a 2.9mm led screen, a 22 meters base and 3 meters high.

FYR Screen and Fluge Audiovisuales were the companies in charge of managing all dynamic communications, at both a content level and streamming signal of Mobile World Live TV, supplying all 4.8 Led screens where the attendees could follow the MWLTV live shows.

They also provided the technical support for the accreditation system and the access control of Fira Barcelona, as well as the Charge Box distributed throughout nd Fira.

Complementing the abovementioned audiovisual equipment, they alsoo installed more than 800 screens between 26” and 85”, projectors, printers, sound, simultaneus translation and lighting in áreas like Seminar Theater, Media Village, Mobile Studio TV, CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4 and CC5, CC8, meeting rooms, and more than 420 stands. Also 50 interactive information points were set sdispersed all around the fairground.
