HERBALIFE MEETS THOUSANDS OF ITS DISTRIBUTORS IN PANAMA AT EXTRAVAGANZA

Herbalife is one of the most important nutrition products companies in the world. Every year, the company holds a meeting with its distributors called Extravaganza, a multi-day event that includes various presentations, group activities and shows, and in which Fluge Centroamérica was in charge of supplying the audiovisual equipment. Its last edition, which took place from the 21st to 24th of February in Panama City, called on thousands of distributors of the brand for the Central America and Colombia area.

The initiative had an agenda full of activities and meetings of all kinds, both formal and informal, among the employees of the company. Extravaganza has a format in which distributors with more sales capacity are rewarded with access to the most important calls of this annual event.

On Thursday 21st, the Tomillo Restaurant, located in the Casco Viejo of the city, hosted the inauguration of Extravaganza with a night event in which the company’s distributors were cited. The meeting, elegant and formal, enjoyed the guidance of the famous Panamanian chef Felipe Milanés with his proposal of typical Caribbean-influenced cuisine. In addition, attendees enjoyed several performances with a jazz band to liven up the evening.

Finally, during the last days, the Extravaganza congress was held at the Figali Convention Center in the Panamanian capital. It is a covered and multipurpose sports stadium with capacity for more than 10,000 people. Dozens of speakers participated in this call to share their knowledge with the thousands of distributors of the company. The deployment of this congress had impressive dimensions. A large format show that, among other details, showed a powerful visual show that joggled with the contrasts between the Casco Viejo and the most modern areas of the Panamanian capital and that excited the assembled public.

Thanks to the confidence of Herbalife, Latam Experience made the branding, global production and logistics of the opening party at the Tomillo Restaurant and the Extravaganza Congress. Fluge Central America supplied the sound equipment for Extravaganza and the sound, video and lighting equipment for the Morat concert.
