The communication group Atresmedia and Fundación AXA are responsible for the Ponle Freno (Hit The Breaks)initiative in favor of road safety. On April 5th, the Senate (Madrid) hosted its eleventh awards ceremony with which both entities award the best actions carried out by people and organizations to promote road safety.

The award ceremony, which included the renowned television presenter Matías Prats as master of ceremonies, was divided into a total of six categories, directedto sectors such as  innovation, education or communication. All were decided by a jury composed of professionals from the field of mobility except the Ponle Freno Citizen category, which was elected by popular vote. Also, the event was attended by prominent political and institutional authorities to give their support to the initiative.

Fluge Audiovisuales provided the audiovisual equipment for the gala thanks to the entrustment of Atresmedia, producer of the event. The sound system consisted of four Meyer Sound UPJunior-XP and two Meyer Sound UPM-1P together with a Yamaha QL1 control desk. Likewise, two 3X2 meter LED screens with 2.97 mm pitch were provided.
