Vicky’s Dream is a foundation that seeks to promote childhood cancer research and raise awareness about this disease. With the objective to raise funds for the cure to this disease, the entity organized a masked ball on April 23rd at the Callao Cinemas in Madrid. The benefits of this celebration were allocated to the pediatric tumor unit of the Niño Jesús Hospital in Madrid.

In addition to the tickets for the event, the public could also opt for the purchase of symbolic tickets, denominated row zero, which did not include the attendance to the event but did allow to collaborate with the initiative. Since, as denounced by the organization, there are no specific treatments for this disease in children, so these funds are allocated for the search for appropriate treatment for children.

The masked dance, which featured a photo-call that featured important personalities from the world of entertainment, politics and sports, as well as presenting several speeches and mentions about the need to investigate for the cure of childhood cancer, included a dinner served in the facility, open bar, auctions and performances of several DJs.
