The first edition of the Zuera Sound festival, specialized in urban and electronic dance music, opened its doors on June 23 at the Zuera International Karting Circuit, 22 kilometers from Zaragoza. With the ambition of settling in the town for many years, the festival had a notable audiovisual assembly, at the level of the best national shows, where two stages with simultaneous programming were installed.
Held on two consecutive days, on June 23 and 24, the lineup was full of national and international artists who gathered on the two available stages differentiated by urban and electronic genre. Every day, the party lasted throughout the night until dawn, where attendees enjoyed hours of live music with artists such as Mora, Kevin Roldán, Umek or Cristian Varela.
Thanks to MPG Eventos, promoter of the festival, Fluge Zaragoza was in charge of supplying the sound, lighting and video equipment for both stages. Among the equipment supplied on the main stage, it is worth noting more than 120 robotic and conventional lighting spotlights controlled by a Grand MA2, more than 50 Meyer Sound loudspeakers for the P.A. system, drumfill and sidefill controlled by a Digico SD10, a central LED screen of 6 x 3.5 meters, two side LED screens of 4.5 x 2.5 meters and an HD production system made up of 4 Sony cameras. As to the secondary stage, it had around 40 Meyer Sound loudspeakers in the P.A. controlled by a Digidesign Venue SC48 table, 62 robotic and conventional lighting bulbs controlled by 1 Chamsys MQ80, a 5 x 2.5 and 3.9 mm pitch LED screen and a LED banner for the DJ booth.
